  • All products undergo a thorough quality check before shipping to ensure the highest standards.

2. What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (following our return process) and place a new order for the desired product.
